These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Drycleaner.Alteration.Ottawa Inc. By using our dry-cleaning, alterations, laundry, and other related services, customers agree to the terms outlined below.

We offer the following services:

• Dry Cleaning

• Alterations & Repairing

• Laundry (Shirts)

• Household Cleaning (Comforters, Duvets, etc.)

• Carpet Cleaning

Standard turnaround time for most services is 2 business days, unless otherwise specified.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring all garments are properly labeled and suitable for dry cleaning or laundering.

• Drop-off and pickup are available between 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

• Home delivery services are available upon request.

We make every effort to remove stains but cannot guarantee complete stain removal.

• If a stain remains after the first cleaning, we will send the item for a second cleaning at no additional cost.

• If the stain persists after the second attempt, we will not be held liable for its removal.

We take the utmost care in handling customer garments; however, in the rare event that an item is lost or damaged, Drycleaner.Alteration.Ottawa Inc will refund the full amount paid for that item.

• We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, color fading, shrinkage, or defects due to manufacturer quality.

• Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of receiving their cleaned items.

• Customers can pay in advance or at the time of delivery.

• Payment methods accepted: Accepts credit cards,American Express,China Union Pay,Diners Club,Discover,JCB,MasterCard,VISA,Accepts debit cards,Accepts NFC mobile payments., or Online Payment (if applicable).

• Refunds are issued only in cases of lost or damaged items, as per our liability policy.

• We collect customer information such as name, phone number, and address to facilitate services.

• Customer data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

• Customers may receive promotional offers via email or phone; they can opt out at any time.
